1. Who we are / Chúng tôi là ai
VGCPayment is a store-management console that lets merchants monitor revenue, orders, transactions and storefront analytics for their own online stores. The VGCPayment mobile app is a companion viewer for existing VGCPayment accounts. VGCPayment là bảng điều khiển quản lý cửa hàng, giúp chủ cửa hàng theo dõi doanh thu, đơn hàng, giao dịch và số liệu truy cập của chính cửa hàng của họ. 2. Data we collect / Dữ liệu thu thập
(a) Account data: name, email address and role, created by your organisation's administrator. (b) Business data you already own: orders, transactions and storefront analytics of the stores linked to your account. (c) Device data: a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) when you sign in on a device, used solely to deliver order notifications. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or any data unrelated to operating the service. Chúng tôi không thu thập vị trí, danh bạ, hình ảnh, mã định danh quảng cáo hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào không phục vụ vận hành dịch vụ.
3. How data is used / Cách sử dụng
Data is used only to display your stores' figures to you and to send order notifications you enabled. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); access requires authentication and is scoped per user. Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để hiển thị số liệu cửa hàng của bạn và gửi thông báo đơn hàng bạn đã bật. Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo. Kết nối được mã hóa (HTTPS/TLS); truy cập yêu cầu đăng nhập và giới hạn theo từng người dùng.
4. Third-party services / Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging; only the device token and the notification content pass through it. Thông báo đẩy được gửi qua Google Firebase Cloud Messaging; chỉ token thiết bị và nội dung thông báo đi qua dịch vụ này.
5. Retention & deletion / Lưu trữ & xóa
Push tokens are deleted when you sign out or when a device becomes inactive. Account data is retained while the account exists. Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator (the app has no public sign-up); to delete your account and associated personal data, contact your administrator or email us — requests are honoured within 30 days. Token thông báo bị xóa khi bạn đăng xuất hoặc thiết bị ngừng hoạt động. Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu trong thời gian tài khoản tồn tại. Tài khoản do quản trị viên của tổ chức bạn cấp (ứng dụng không có đăng ký công khai); để xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan, liên hệ quản trị viên hoặc email cho chúng tôi — yêu cầu được xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.
